RETURN FOR DEFECTS OR NON-CONFORMITY

If the purchased product is damaged due to transport or production defects, Fab Italy Design undertakes to replace the product under warranty and without any charge.

To exercise this right it is necessary: ​​within 5 days from the date of receipt of the goods, to send a written communication addressed to Fab Italy Design via email to info@fabitalydesign.com, indicating the references to the order, the damaged or defective product and the details of the flaw detection. Our Customer Service will contact you to arrange the replacement.

Important

The product to be replaced must be carefully sealed in its original packaging.

Fab Italy Design will make the replacement to the address indicated on the invoice as soon as possible.
